Sahara - $ 4950 / Three Month Comprehensive Treatment Plan

Premium reboot for total health. When you’re ready for a deep dive into shifting your health on all levels, let us guide you through our most interactive experience. This is best for those ready to commit to the journey under the care of our experts in their fields.

  • 90 Minute consultation to pinpoint your challenges, flesh out goals, and create a comprehensive treatment plan across all of our modalities, scheduling appointments and filling your initial herbal formula

  • Weekly acupuncture sessions for the initial 4 weeks to create a strong foundation of progress, then every 2 weeks ongoing (8 sessions). Might include cupping therapy

  • 3 sessions for manual lymphatic massage to encourage healthy digestion, immune system, and to help de-puff

  • 3 Cupping Sessions to manage tight muscles and pain, range of motion, and rehabilitation of muscle mechanics

  • 3 flossing sessions with Kaita at The Road to increase mobility and help ‘unstick’ areas creating a challenge

  • Custom herbal formulas provided throughout your 3 month journey. Compliance has been found to increase beneficial health improvements over acupuncture alone

  • 20 minute check-in telehealth consultations every two weeks to assess if goals are being met, reviewing changes, and any scheduling needs

  • 3 sessions from The Road, including a facial and cosmetic acupuncture
