NEW: Maya Abdominal Massage

Our newest service, at its heart, this gentle, hands-on approach supports the body’s natural ability to self-correct. By guiding the organs of the abdomen and pelvis back toward their optimal position, it helps restore the healthy flow of blood, lymph, nerve impulses, and energy.

Many people describe a feeling of spaciousness and relief after a session, as if long-held tension in the belly and pelvis finally lets go. When circulation and energy can move freely, congestion eases, balance returns, and the body is better able to heal.

We’re excited to introduce our  new practitioner Emily - she  specializes in this unique therapy as trained by Dr. Arvigo. Emily brings her session full circle by providing Craniosacral therapy to close. Visit our blogs for the full description of this experience and if it’s right for you!
