Trust The Process
“How often should I come in?”
This is one of the most frequent questions we get in our practice and the answer is, it depends on several key factors. Your health, your concerns, your goals, and your practitioner's assessment.
BUT! We got you!
We do have general expectations of how often you should visit based on years of historical reference, research, and cumulative experience. You might be surprised to find this is not usually a one-and-done protocol (sometimes, yes, but more often, it takes time to peel this onion of your health).
We find best results happen when building on results, and fine-tuning along the way.
Trust the process, and we will usher you through, whether it is a short trip or a healing journey.
